Please read before you make your purchases

PURCHASES

Katerina aims to give you the best description of the item you wish to buy. However, the colours in the photos and the actual item, may sometimes be a little different due to photography, lighting, computer monitor screens etc.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

I want to be sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to ensure your items arrive safely. I do obtain proof of posting but I do not take out postal insurance. If you require items to be insured please contact me before payment is made.

If your purchase appears to be lost or damaged by the Post Office I will help you as best I can but
I cannot be held responsible.

It always helps if you keep any packaging damaged in the post, or take a photo if possible of damaged packaging before it is opened. Please let me know immediately you suspect something has gone missing or has arrived damaged.

POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK

When you order I will send a separate PayPal request for the postage. Please email me if you want to know this amount beforehand.

RETURNS POLICY

I meticulously check each item before dispatch but if you receive a product from Katerina’s shop which is damaged, please return unused within 7 days and I will refund you the purchase price. The refund will NOT include the amount that was spent on postage or the charge from PayPal.

Your money will be refunded via Cheque or PayPal. Items must be sent back by ‘signed for’ recorded delivery. No items will be refunded if they have been lost using a non insured method of recorded postal delivery. If I believe the item to have been damaged through misuse or ‘foul play’ in an attempt to obtain a refund, none shall be given.

I cannot offer refunds for the skirts as they are made to measure, so please make sure you give me correct measurements. Nor can I for incorrect purchases. Please ask all questions related to correct sizing for the garment before purchase. These are beautiful items, however these items contain delicate beading and therefore should be handled and worn in an appropriate manner. I cannot be held responsible for damages to the item(s) after purchase has been made, such as loss of beading / coins/ sequins.

DISPATCH

Orders are usually dispatched by first class post. Where possible I will post ready made items within 24 hours following payment. As skirts have to be made, I will try to post within 7-10 days.

STOCK & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

My online stock should be representative of my stock levels and if a product is not in stock you should not be able to order it. However, mistakes do happen and I will resolve any out of stock issues to your requirements by quickly sourcing the missing item or refunding the cost of the goods immediately.
